Refund policy

At Ovkan, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Sale items, personalized products, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at help@ovkan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is damaged due to customer use or returned without tags/packaging, we may offer only a partial refund or store credit.
