Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Ovkan is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Issues If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at help@ovkan.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
